The Martech Cookbook is published by Martech Therapy. Reading the recipes means you accept these terms.

Tier 0 content licensing

Every recipe's seven content fields are published under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0: attribution required, non-commercial only, derivative works share-alike. You can quote, reference, adapt, and reuse Tier 0 content with attribution to the cookbook and a link back to the source recipe. Commercial reuse is not granted under the public license.

Tier 1 unlocks

One-sheeter downloads and the pattern graph are unlocked at Tier 1 in exchange for a business email. Signup is free and carries no charge. One-sheeter PDFs carry the same CC BY-NC-SA license as the recipe content. Sharing them with peers is the point.

The Workshop

Workshop sessions are booked through martechworkshop.com and carry their own terms, agreed at booking. This page covers the cookbook only.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, bulk-download, redistribute behind a paywall, or use the platform to train commercial models without permission. The cookbook is small and editorial; aggressive extraction makes it worse for everyone.

Disclaimer

Recipes describe approaches we've seen work. They are not guarantees, and they do not constitute legal, regulatory, or fiduciary advice. The gotcha section of each recipe names the failure modes we've observed; the audit defensibility belongs to your organization, not to the cookbook.

Changes

These terms can change. Material changes are announced on the newsletter and in a banner on the recipe page for thirty days before they take effect.
