Export your data or request deletion

You can ask for a copy of the data the cookbook holds about you, ask us to correct it, or have it deleted. Requests are handled by Martech Therapy within ten business days, and each one is logged.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address the data belongs to, and say which you want: export, correction or deletion. We confirm the address before acting. Export and deletion buttons on the account page are planned; until they ship, email is the way.

Export

An export is a JSON file with your profile, bookmarks, feedback responses and consent history.

Deletion

Your cookbook account is a Martech Therapy account, and the same account signs you in to Martech Stack Builder. Deleting the account removes it from both. If you use Stack Builder and want to keep it, ask us to delete your cookbook data only, and the account stays.

Deletion removes your profile, bookmarks and feedback responses. Consent records are kept in anonymized form, as GDPR Article 7 requires us to prove we asked. Data from a Workshop session is governed by that session's own terms.

Requests on someone else's behalf

Requests from a lawyer or advocacy organization on behalf of a data subject need the subject's signed authorization. We respond within the GDPR timeframe.
